First Premier Security is always looking to hire and add new people to our staff of professionals; we currently have openings for unarmed security professionals in different locations in the northern Bay Area. We also have On-call positions to work at special events throughout the Bay Area.

Requirement - Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have no criminal record and be able to obtain a BSIS State of California Security Guard Card. Be able to stand for up to 8 hours, be physically fit and able to do 40-50 pushups in 1 minute (men), 20-30 pushups in 2 minutes (women), go through a 20 hours pre-employment physical outdoor training, which includes the follow:

Pushups (men = 40-50), (women = 20-30)
Sit-ups (men = 60-70) (women = 40-50)
Run 3 miles
Hike 2-3 mile

In addition to the above, you may have to jump, climb, complete squats and provide a doctor's certificate of fitness before employment is offered. If you meet the requirements above, posses a neat, clean and professional personality.
