First Premier Security will provide you with state certified and licensed Security Officers.  Each Security Professional has been screened to the standards of the Department of Consumer Affairs and Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in the State of California security guard Program and requirements.irst Premier Security supervisory personnel will insure strict adherence to our general orders, your rules, regulations and ordinances.

Our supervisors are utilized as a liaison between our company and our Clients.  Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day 365 days a year for your convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency.At First Premier Security, all of our officers are equipped with two-way radios or equivalent to ensure constant communication with our management team and Clients.

Our officers take pride in the service they provide our clients and are always neat clean and professional. Each other is required to know the "Security Officer's Pledge " by heart. Officers will take the time to know you and create a comfortable environment for your staff, residents and tenants so that they know our officers are approachable.
